At Kahani Zari, every piece is crafted with care and curated with intention. We want you to love every drape.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds on any orders. We encourage you to review product details, sizing, and images carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received
  • Damaged product received

Please note

Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. Handcrafted and woven products may have minor irregularities — these are characteristics of authentic craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Exchange process

1. Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Share your order number along with clear images of the product.
3. Upon approval, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. The exchange product will be dispatched after quality inspection of the returned item.
